The traditional Lions Charity Golf Tournament hosted by the Lions Club Domat/Ems and Surrounding Areas has always been about much more than just birdies, pars, and the best possible golf shots. It’s about people, about connections, and about the willingness to make a difference together. This was certainly the case at this year’s edition of the traditional event, which took place at the end of August on the grounds of the Domat/Ems Golf Club. Over 80 golfers accepted the invitation and ensured a day of competition that was both athletic and convivial. Above all, however, they helped raise the impressive sum of CHF 25,000.00 for the nonprofit organization 'More is Possible.'

Electrical stimulation, in particular, is increasingly becoming a central component of modern therapeutic approaches—with the potential to specifically activate lost functions and sustainably promote neuroplastic processes.
Dr. med. Dr. h.c. Guido A. Zäch passed away on February 16, 2026, at the age of 90. 'More is Possible'also extends its deepest condolences to his family. A memorial service in honor of Guido A. Zäch was held on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at the Swiss Paraplegic Center (SPZ).
